Arriving by train
We will be happy to arrange a transfer free of charge to the station in Baiersbronn on the arrival and departure day.

Bathrobes
Bathrobes are available free of charge in your room. If you need another size, please contact the reception (608).

Bicycles
The hotel has bicycles available for guest use free of charge. Electric bikes are available for fee. Information about different courses you will find at the reception.

Boutiques
You’re looking for a nice present or souvenir? Just have a look in our boutiques, opening Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Wednesdays and Saturdays the boutiques are closed

Check-in & Check-out
At your day of arrival, your room is available from 3:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 am on your day of departure.

We accept EC cards, Mastercard and Visa.

Dogs
Dogs are permitted in our main house and in the House Buhlbachsaue in their own carriers with prior notification. There is a surcharge of € 20,00 per day and per dog (without food) for the extra cleaning required. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or on the garden terrace.

Engel Gourmet Rate
The Engel Genießer rate includes our rich breakfast buffet, lunch (except on the day of departure) and the Genießer evening menu. If you have other plans for an evening, you will receive a credit of € 25.00 per person instead of the included gourmet evening menu.

Engel Basic Rate
The Engel Basics Rate includes our rich breakfast buffet and lunch (except on the day of departure). Stay flexible and dine à la carte in one of our restaurant parlours or choose the menu at EUR 62.00 per person per evening.

Fire prevention
We are checking our electrical appliances and lamps for trouble-free operation permanently. For secure reasons, we kindly ask you to renounce to use your own electrical equipment (for example your electrical blanket, bottle warmer, immersion heaters etc.). With pleasure we help you out with warm cherry pit cushion and a hot-water bottle as well we heat your baby bottles or your baby food.

Fitness pavilion
Our fitness pavilion is open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Further information you will find under the topic sport activities.

For ordering some flours please do not hesitate to contact our reception.

For that subject you receive a brochure about further information and a summary of the golf courses in the region at the reception.

Hotel bar
The hotel bar is open daily from 6:00 pm. The happy hour for cocktails is between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Internet and WiFi
Wireless internet is available free of charge in your rooms, in the conference room, in the hotel lobby, in our reading corner, in the fitness pavilion, the restaurant and in the bar.

Jogging
The most attractive courses you will find in a brochure which you get at the reception.

Konus Card
You will receive a spa card (Konus Card) upon arrival. With your “Konus Card” you can use the buses and commuter trains in the entire Black Forest free of charge.

Laundry service
Our hotel laundry service will be happy to handle your clothing (for a fee). You will find a laundry bag with a laundry list in your closet.

Lunch buffet
Our lunch buffet is available to our hotels guests daily (except for depature date) free of charge from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Lunch packet

Newspaper / Magazine
From Monday till Saturday you will find the German newspaper “Welt” on your room door in the morning. Further newspapers and magazines you can buy at the reception.

Non-smoking rooms
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. In case of non-compliance, we are forced to charge an extra increased cleaning effort. Therefore we ask you warmly, to respect, that it is not allowed to smoke in our rooms.

Parking space
Our private carpark is available to you free of charge. At your request we’re pleased to reservate you a parking space in our underground garage for € 12,00 per day.

Sauna area
Our “Wolke 7” is open for all guests over 16 years with in hushed whisper and nude from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm (Mondays from 11.00 am).

Sauna Towels
In your room you will find a basket with bath and sauna towels for use in our swimming area. If you need more towels, please do not hesitate to contact the spa-reception “Wolke 7”.

Sleep a la carte
You can choose additional between several pillows and beddings by contacting the reception.

Souvenirs
You would like to keep the black forest atmosphere a little longer for home? We have a varied selections of culinary souvenirs which you can order at the reception till 12:00 am on the day before you leave.

Sport activities
You can participate from Monday till Saturday on our varied sport activities. Further information you will find in our current week program and in the daily “Urlaubsblättle”.

Swimming area
Our swimming pool, salt water pool inside and outside and our natural lake and is open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Telephone
The telephone fees per unit is € 0,25.

Television
Besides the ordinary TV-Program, also SKY is available free of charge in your room.

Visitors tax
The local tax per person and day is € 3,00 year-round.

What ever you like to choose as a present - a hotel accommodation, a diner or a beauty treatment - our employees of the reception are glad to issue a voucher.

Wolke 7
You will find beauty, cosmetics and health products and services in our “Wolke 7”. For more information and to make an appointment, Ms. Fuß and her team will be happy to assist you by dialing 777. Till after Checkout time you can use our “Wolke 7” for a surcharge of € 25,00 per person at the day of departure. The Use of “Wolke 7” for non-guests is possible with prior notification of the “Wolke 7” team. The daily surcharge is € 65,00 per person.

• All rooms are non-smoking rooms
• Arrival from 15.00 hrs / Departure until 11.00 hrs
• We charge € 12 per night for a parking space in the underground car park. The car park at the hotel is free of charge.
• There are two e-charging stations in our outdoor car park. We ask that you only use these for the duration of your charging session. The tariff will be determined between your contractual partner and Mennekes Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG.
• The visitor's tax of the municipality of Baiersbronn is currently € 3.00 per person per day.
• With the spa card (Konus) you can use public transport buses and trains throughout the Black Forest free of charge.
• Dogs are sometimes allowed in the following room types: Sonnenköpfle, Bärenteich, Chalet. To book a room with a dog, please contact our colleagues in the reservations department. We charge € 20 per day (excluding meals) for the increased cleaning effort. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, on the garden terrace or in the wellness area.
• If you would like to use the "Wolke 7" offer on the day of departure, this is possible at a special price of € 25 per person.
• Our sauna area is a textile-free whispering zone. Therefore, only guests aged 16 and over have access.
• Changes or cancellations entail losses that we cannot bear alone. We therefore take the liberty of charging 80% of the agreed services in the event of cancellation within 13 to 0 days prior to arrival. This also applies to late cancellations.
