Distillery

Our distillery on the first floor of the main building is equipped with modern, high-quality equipment from Müller. We are allowed to produce 300 liters of pure alcohol per year, which ultimately results in approx. 600 liters of high-quality distillate.

Our guests are welcome to watch the distilling process and look over the shoulders of the experts.

We have designed the distillation room generously so that we can use it in a variety of ways with our guests. Wine and spirits tastings are well catered for here in a cozy atmosphere. You can also organize a fondue evening or two in our distillery.
