Afternoon: Strengthening Yang to build muscle strength

Thursday

Morning: Taiji with flowing movements and energy balancing
Afternoon: Yin Yoga to open the energy channels

Friday

Morning: Qi Gong to strengthen body & mind
Afternoon: Yin & Yang Yoga

Saturday

Morning: Final yoga session & farewell
